As a staff nurse in Shannagh Bay Nursing Home, you will be responsible and accountable for the total nursing care of our residents.
You will be involved in the care planning and assessment during illness, rehabilitation and day to day care.
Candidates Require:
1. Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills resulting in strong relationships with all stakeholders.
2. An ability to Implement and adapt to change efficiently and effectively.
3.Confident Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
4 To Illustrate a Creative Approach to current ways of working.
5.To Be Highly Organised with robust planning ability while working within tight deadlines and under time pressures .
6.Strong Communications skills.
